IB Mitte gGmbH 

Internationale Bund (IB) Mitte gGmbH für Bildung und Soziale Dienste is part of the Internationaler Bund Group. With its association and its companies it is one of the biggest Social Enterprises for youth, social and educational work in Germany. IB is a founding member and a member of several European networks, such as EVBB, EVTA, EBD, DARE, Caravan 2000, YES Forum, Solidar etc. and it has extensive contacts with social and educational institutions in Europe and worldwide. IB considers access to qualified education as the key to a sustainable and secure future. IB is a provider of basic, general, vocational and higher education services. An increasingly important part in IB's formal education plays the digitalisation and the implementation of innovative new educational strategies respecting modern and accessible technologies from using digital and smart technologies and artificial intelligence. 


Ploes - Psychosocial Research Orgnanisation 

PLOES is a Non-Governmental Organisation, founded by professionals in the field of mental health and special education in 1998. Ploes is active in the field of mental health and social inclusion of citizens belonging to vulnerable social groups (mainly people with psychosocial difficulties, intellectual disability and autism), with the aim of developing programs and structures that respond to their multilevel needs. The organisation’s philosophy stems from the basic principles of social psychiatry and is linked to the understanding that mental disorder is a complex and multifactorial phenomenon. Therefore, preventing and dealing with its effects from a very young age in a systematic way, effective method and appropriate means can limit the future consequences it brings. This approach runs through all of the actions of the company. The main goal of the organisation is the development of programs and structures that deal with the special, multi-level needs of specific individuals with scientific proficiency and methodological efficiency. On this basis, it is active in the creation of services in the context of a network that contributes to prevention, comprehensive provision and continuity of care, in the wider community of Piraeus.


AIAS Bologna onlus 

AIAS Bologna onlus is a non for-profit association of persons with disabilities and their family members. The scope of the organisation is to support persons with disabilities of all ages in realizing their self-chosen life goals. This includes advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities and their informal caregivers, and proposing and implementing activities that help the removal of all barriers that impede persons with disabilities to have the same opportunities as those available for all. AIAS Bologna Onlus supports people with disabilities at home, in education, employment, social life, etc. In 2019 AIAS Bologna founded the WeCareMore centre for research and innovation aiming at being a partner in applied research and consultancy work for organisations and local administrations aiming at the technology uptake in care services.

SenseWorks

SenseWorks is a new startup company offering innovative solutions for the smart monitoring applications market. The company is focusing on users’ needs that are not yet built into new products. Research work is focused on exploiting potential and synergies of different technologies able to support people in daily needs and activities. Starting its operations, from September 2013, the company has developed two own products, a wireless flood detector and a wireless soil moisture sensor, as well as own software for power monitoring and energy saving. The company has several installations of power monitoring hardware and with its own software offers real time information on energy consumption generally for a company and for specific equipment that is monitored separately. Company’s research team works with different wireless protocols for network setup and a number of sensors that offer handy measurements. The goal is to present low power systems able to track people behaviors and environmental data at an indoor and outdoor environment in real time. Research is also taking place for wearable non-intrusive sensors.

Cyprus Certification Company (CY)

Cyprus Certification Company (CCC) is a government-owned Certification Organization founded in 2001 and operating as a private company with the Government being its only shareholder and it is managed by a 7-member Board. CCC operates in the field of certification of management systems(eg ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 ets), certification of training programs and training and exam centers, inspection of playgrounds and playground equipment, inspection of lifts, product certification, CE marking, certification of persons etc. CCC also operates a training center approved by the relevant government body (the Human Resource Development Authority - HRDA) and provides training in relevant to its services subjects, and also in specialized areas as those arise from the industry’s needs. CCC implements a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of CYS EN ISO/ IEC 17021, CYS EN ISO/ IEC 17020 and CYS EN 17065. This is accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System S.A (ESYD) and notified by the Cyprus Organization for the Promotion of Quality (CYSAB). CCC is a member of the International Quality Network (IQNet), and all certified by CCC companies also obtain an IQNet Certificate.

AUTISME- EUROPE AISBL

Autism-Europe (AE) is an international non-profit association established in 1983 and is comprised of almost 80 member associations in 38 countries (including 26 member states) and represents an estimated 7 million autistic people and their families throughout Europe. Self-advocates and families play a central role in the organisation. AE is recognised by the European institutions as a key representative network in Europe of autistic people and their families. Its main objective is to advance the rights of people with autism and to help them improve their quality of life. AE advocates for European decision-makers to foster a better policy response to the needs of autistic people and strives for more awareness and understanding of autism in society.
